Questions about buying, selling, or a listing on Startup Index? DM the founder on LinkedIn — it's the fastest and only official channel right now. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
The fastest way to reach Startup Index is a LinkedIn DM to the founder, Rajesh Yadav. We don't run a support inbox yet, so LinkedIn is the single official channel — anything else claiming to be Startup Index support is not us.
Most LinkedIn DMs get a reply within 24–48 hours on business days. Startup Index is an indie project, so weekends, public holidays, and travel days may push that out by a day or two.
Every listing has a Contact Seller button that opens the seller's TrustMRR-verified contact link. Startup Index does not mediate the conversation — you talk to the seller directly and negotiate terms one-to-one.
Head to the Sell page, connect your Stripe, Paddle, or RevenueCat account through TrustMRR, and submit your listing details. Once your revenue is verified, an admin publishes the listing usually within a couple of business days.
DM us on LinkedIn with the listing URL and a short note about what looks off. If the numbers can't be re-verified with TrustMRR, we unpublish the listing until the seller reconnects their payment provider.
We can point you to what's already verified on the listing page and answer questions about how ROI, payback, and revenue multiples are calculated. For deeper legal or financial diligence you should engage your own accountant or lawyer.
Tell us who you are in one line, whether you're buying, selling, or reporting an issue, and the listing URL if there is one. A specific message gets a specific answer — vague pings tend to sit in the queue longer.
Yes — send a LinkedIn DM with the specifics (who you represent, what you're proposing, timing). We reply to everything relevant to SaaS founders, acquirers, and the indie startup ecosystem.
Not by default. We keep first contact in writing so everything is documented. If a conversation is worth a call, we'll set one up over the same LinkedIn thread once the context is clear.
Not yet. We're intentionally starting with LinkedIn only so every message reaches the founder directly. A dedicated support email will go live once volume justifies it — we'll announce it here when it does.
